Finish the day without carrying it into the night.
A simple 14-day body-led experience for high-functioning women who've
spent all day thinking, responding, organising and holding everything together,
but find their mind doesn't automatically stop when the day does.
Practise putting the day down, so your evening can actually feel like yours again.
You finally sit down and suddenly remember the washing, the email or what somebody needs tomorrow.
A conversation ended six hours ago, but apparently your brain would like to review it one more bloody time.
You're watching TV or scrolling, but you're not actually feeling restored. You're just... stopped.
You get into bed physically exhausted while your mind starts preparing for tomorrow.
You might already be doing plenty of the “right” things.
Taking the magnesium. Going to bed earlier. Exercising. Meditating. Trying to put the phone down. Telling yourself you really need to relax. And some of those things probably do help.
But when you've spent years being the capable one, thinking ahead, remembering everything, responding, organising and generally getting shit done, staying switched on can become incredibly familiar.
Those qualities aren't the problem. They've probably helped you build a life you're proud of.
You already know the email can wait. You know the conversation is over. You know you're allowed to sit down before everything is finished.
The issue isn't knowing. It's what happens inside you when you actually try to put it down.
The Evening Reset isn't about forcing yourself to be calm or becoming some permanently chilled version of you. It's a simple way to stop trying to think your way into switching off and begin working with your body instead.
So sitting on the sofa can feel like rest, not just stopping. You can be in the room without half your attention already in tomorrow. And the end of the day can start to feel like an actual end, rather than a quieter place to keep carrying everything.
This is not 14 different practices, hours of nervous-system theory or another programme you have to find the time and energy to complete.
A simple explanation of why you can be completely exhausted and still find your mind and body staying online.
See where you're still working, planning, anticipating, responding or leaking energy long after the working day is over.
A body-led practice of around 20 minutes to help you consciously put the day down and come back to yourself.
For the evenings when life has gone sideways and you've got approximately seven minutes before somebody needs you again.
This isn't something to listen to once, think that was nice
and forget about. When you're ready to begin, you'll make a simple
14-day commitment to yourself. From there, you'll receive a short
email each day to bring you back to the experience, help you notice
what's changing and keep you practising what you're learning in real life.
Because knowing you want to switch off and actually creating
the space to practise it are two different things.
For 14 days, you'll practise a different way of ending your day. The practice stays familiar, so you're not constantly learning something new. You simply begin to notice what changes when you stop carrying quite so much into the evening.
Your priority practice when you have the space. Slow down, reconnect with your body and consciously signal that today is complete.
The same core experience condensed for real-life evenings when 20 minutes simply isn't happening.
You've probably promised yourself before that you'll slow down, put the phone away, meditate more consistently or make more time for yourself. And then life happens.
That's why The Evening Reset isn't simply a practice you download and try once. For 14 days, I'll keep bringing you back to it.
You'll receive a short daily email with a simple prompt, reflection or reminder to help you notice what you're carrying, keep practising and begin recognising what changes when you end the day differently.
Not another thing to keep up with. A small commitment to yourself, with support to actually follow through.
Take a simple baseline and choose when and where your Evening Reset will fit into your actual life.
What are you carrying less of? What feels easier? What's still getting in the way?
Reflect on the shifts in how you finish the day, respond to your body and recognise when you're still mentally “on”.
You've probably told yourself a hundred times to slow down, stop overthinking or just leave it until tomorrow. But understanding what you should do hasn't automatically changed what happens when the moment comes.
You're usually the capable one people rely on.
Your body is sitting on the sofa while your mind is still at work, in tomorrow or six conversations ago.
You've done a lot of work on yourself and understand your patterns, but knowing hasn't automatically changed what happens in the moment.
You keep telling yourself you need to slow down, then immediately notice the next thing that needs doing.
You're not looking for another 37-step wellness routine. You want somewhere simple to start.
These experiences are from women I've supported through The Energy Reset, my deeper 1:1 body-led coaching work.
I would spiral at night, overthinking even the smallest things. I struggled to relax, even on holidays.
This work with Kelly has made me so aware of why I think and act like I do. It's been so empowering to understand this but even more incredible to make meaningful shifts that have made a real difference.
“I'm more in tune with myself and can fully relax again.”
I love psychology and everything about mindset... But Kelly's work is different. Instead of just talking and thinking about things, she gets you doing!
And I don't mean doing more, it's more about being present and feeling.
It's probably only in the last couple of months that I've really noticed the difference in myself, my behaviours, patterns and beliefs.
You don't need a different life. You don't need another massive program or a perfect evening routine. Just a simple body-led way to practise putting the day down, one evening at a time.
I'm a body-led nervous system guide and coach supporting high-functioning women who are brilliant at holding everything together, but aren't always so brilliant at putting it down.
My work isn't about giving you another list of things you should be doing better.
It's about helping you understand what your mind and body have become incredibly practised at, then creating experiences that allow something different to become possible. Because knowing what to do and being able to live it are two different things.
The Evening Reset is a small way to experience that work for yourself, in your own home, at the exact point in the day you're usually struggling to switch off.
You'll get immediate access to the foundation videos and both Evening Reset practices. Your 14 days don't begin until you're ready. When you are, simply click “I'm Starting Now” inside the program and your daily emails will begin.
Your Full Evening Reset is around 20 minutes and is the priority practice when you have the space. You'll also have a 5-minute Quick Reset for evenings when life simply doesn't cooperate.
Nothing has gone wrong. Come back the following evening. This is about repetition and awareness, not perfection.
