PART 1: WHY YOU CAN'T SWITCH OFF
Understanding the pattern underneath the sleeplessness, the constant feeling of being switched on, the inability to fully come down even when the day is done and nothing is technically wrong. This isn't about willpower or discipline. It's about what your body learned, and how to finally teach it something different.

PART 2: WHY EVERYTHING YOU'VE TRIED HASN'T WORKED
The reason the meditation, the magnesium, the early bedtime, and the breathwork don't stick isn't because you're doing them wrong. There's a missing foundation underneath all of it, and once you understand what it is, everything changes.

PART 3: A LIVE GUIDED HEALING PRACTICE

I was the high-functioning woman who had everything on paper. Good marriage, kids, nice house, career, holidays multiple times a year.

But internally I was tense, braced, and my brain would not switch off.

I tried all of it. Therapy, meditation, the podcasts, the journalling, the mindset work, doing everything I was "supposed to do".

And on occasion I'd get a glimmer of respite. But underneath my body was still carrying it, still braced, still on edge.

My whole life shifted when I stopped trying to fix my brain with more tools and started working with my body.
