I know what it's like to look fine on the outside but feel constantly "on" inside. To try every wellness technique but still lie awake replaying the day.
I was that woman - overthinking every decision, mentally exhausted even when nothing was "wrong," wondering why I couldn't just switch my brain off.
Until I discovered my Human Design and understood WHY my system worked the way it did.
