I’m already busy. How much time will this take each week?

One 90-minute private session every two weeks.

No heavy homework. No extra overwhelm.

The tools are integrated into your real life - while you work, parent and move through your day.

Most women find they gain time back because they’re no longer stuck in their head for hours.

What if I don’t have time for 1:1 sessions?

The sessions are the work.

They’re where your body slows down. Where real change happens.

It’s 90 minutes every fortnight, protected space in your calendar to reset instead of running on autopilot.

Sessions are scheduled flexibly around work and family life, including evenings.

If this season doesn’t allow you to prioritise that time, that’s completely okay. This container will be here when you’re ready.

What happens if I miss a session or need to reschedule?

Life happens, I understand that.

If you need to move a session, we’ll reschedule within your 3-month container period where possible. There’s no such thing as “falling behind” here.

I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can keep the container flowing smoothly.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited unless it’s a genuine emergency.

I’ve been immersed in this work for over five years, both professionally and personally.

Everything I guide you through is work I’ve embodied myself.
